Finished my twist last night and I love them, I worked so hard so I'm happy they turned out nice. A little part of me is upset about only having my natural hair for a short period of time, but non the less I'm happy.

I have to be ready for the ugly pictures of me on the internet, just kidding. But today I washed my hair and prepared it if the Havana Twist extensions that I'm installing. I'm half way through while writing this post and they're not turning out how I expected, but nothing ever does so ill be ready for the final result of the hairstyle. A picture will be posted of them tomorrow.

I might have missed a day of posting but I didn't miss the day to take the picture. Yesterday I went grocery shopping and spent the day with my friend, even though I do this so often it doesn't cease to surprise me how much I can learn about someone by just giving them the time to talk. When you listen with care and passion people will tell you their deepest meanings in life, and I appricate it.
It was a great experience and will continue to be a great experience when you just take the time to listen!

This job has been intense and wasn't exactly what I expected, but I've been working hard and have without a doubt been staying busy. Today the straightened hair finally left, with the ridiculous rain I had no other choice but to let it go. None the less I'm very excited about wearing my natural hair on campus and embracing me!!!!

Day #2
And the bad pictures began!!! I'm going to call this my first real day of work because I realize just how intense this job actually is; only worked for 4 hours yet I have been on my feet all day, endlessly starring at computer screen and constantly finding work to do. I actually got a blister on the bottom of my foot from this back breaking hard work. Just joking a desk job isn't really back breaking, but it is terribly hard work to do for any person and way more than I ever expected.
If I've learned any lesson for today its that I definitely don't want a 9 to 5 desk job in the future it would be miserable. I know I am more of an active person that loves to move.

Day #1
Today I was at school for my summer job. Its been pretty dry on campus but I got to meet my roommate today, and shes an awesome person. Got my hair straightened and cut recently so I look different than usual, but Archeline I am none the less.
